✿ We are a trusted family in our locality and we also trust our buyers.

✿ Though we accept payments through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

✿ Your order(s) will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. We will contact you in the morning on the 3rd day to re-confirm your order(s), otherwise we will cancel your transaction with us.

✿ If you are having issues with PayPal or any of the payment method, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

✿ All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via DHL. As of now, we will be shipping throughout Philippines only. We are just beginners in selling online. Outside Philippines customers can still contact us for any arrangement.

✿ Again, we will contact you prior to delivery for re-confirmation of your shipping address to avoid delays or failure to receive the items ordered. You can contact us anytime, prior to delivery, if there is an update with your current address (ex. change of location).

Price and/or Description Changes

✿ All prices, pictures, and descriptions on Etsy are subject to change without notice. We maintain no responsibility for unintentional mistakes. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Please contact us immediately regarding price discrepancies. We reserve the right to cancel orders and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any price and/or description.

✿ If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

✿ If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Ginis Arts & Crafts Return Policy.

Limits of Responsibility

✿ We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during use of product.

✿ Please note that all returns, refunds or exchanges requests must be accompanied by any 2 of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

A clear copy (scanned preferably) of a shipping invoice that lists the following information:

Seller details
Costumer details
Shipment details

A clear copy (scanned preferably) of Paypal Express Checkout Payment Sent/Other payment method

Change of Mind

✿ If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Ginis Arts & Crafts will be pleased to offer you a refund (within 1 week) or exchange (within 3 weeks) provided that:

You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase (see above);
The item is in resealable condition (i.e. unworn, unused and as sold);
Satisfactory Identification is presented at the time/request of the return/exchange.

✿ There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.

Damaged Items

✿ If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the shipper immediately within 24 hours using the contact information provided in the shipping invoice and provide photos and documents as possible.

✿ If shipping damage is a possible issue, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the shipper, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive a refund.
